Facility Closures and Adjusted Hours
Oct. 5-6: Open recreation will have adjusted hours. The fields will be open from 3-4:30 p.m.
Open recreation at the Championship Fields is available around reservations and special events. Nov. 27-30: There will be no F45 classes.
Join us for one of our two special Saturday F45 classes to benefit the Smart Fit Girls Program. National Smart Fit Girls Day is a nation-wide fundraiser that benefits Smart Fit Girls (SFG), a non-profit girls empowerment program. Campus Recreation’s intern who oversees the Clemson Smart Fit Girls program has worked hard to put together these specialty classes to honor and celebrate Smart Fit Girls. You do not have to have an active F45 membership to attend the classes, but spots are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. You must complete one of the below forms to secure your spot in a class. Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. To learn more about Smart Fit Girls or to donate in honor of attending one of these classes, please visit their website HERE.

The Wilderness Instruction and Leadership Development Program (WILD)
The WILD program at CORE empowers and equips Clemson students to take on leadership roles in both the outdoor recreation field and in their community. The experiential nature of outdoor adventure provides the perfect context for students to learn, implement, and refine transferable skills such as program planning, group management, facilitation, self-awareness, creativity, and problem solving in addition to developing their technical outdoor skills in areas such as backpacking, rafting, rock climbing, skiing, and mountain biking.
The courses offered through the Wilderness Instruction and Leadership Development program are open to all Clemson students. Students who wish to participate in these courses can register for an individual WILD course at any time. Registration for WILD courses operates the same way as for regular CORE trips. This is a great option for students who want to explore outdoor leadership in general, work on a specific technical outdoor skill, or who wish to learn more about working at CORE without having to fully commit to the program.
